Cohabitat Wakefield Fund

This fund was created to financially support Cohabitat Wakefield’s efforts to provide Wakefield (QC) with a sustainable and affordable rental housing cooperative.

We envision an intergenerational, inclusive, and vibrant community, grounded in strong social and ecological practices.

The buildings and outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to ensure optimal energy efficiency, the use of sustainable materials, and to foster social interaction through shared indoor and outdoor common areas, as well as community gardens.

Cohabitat Wakefield, a non-profit housing cooperative, is committed to addressing the affordable housing crisis.
