Fonds de conservation Daniel-Joanisse 

Retired forestry technician and recipient of the Quebec Forestry Merit Award (1989), he has dedicated over 45 years to sustainable forest and wildlife management. He planted more than 100,000 trees and secured permanent protection for three nature reserves totaling 85 hectares in the Gatineau region.

To extend this commitment, he founded a Conservation Fund focused on the long-term protection and management of protected natural areas, preserving forests, wildlife habitats, and biodiversity in Gatineau.
