A former teacher, Nicole DesRoches has been dedicated to environmental and community causes in the Collines region since 1979. As director of CREDDO for several years, she worked on sustainable development, the protection of the Ottawa River, and the preservation of green spaces. A founding member and leader in numerous initiatives, she remains involved in various committees even in retirement. She also enjoys spending time with family, reading, and walking. <\/span><\/p>\n

Since March 2025, Albert has joined the Board of Directors of the Philanthropy Outaouais Foundation. Actively involved with AFP Quebec and engaged in initiatives such as JDRF Canada, he brings to the table a wealth of leadership experience, gained notably at American Express, CST Consultants, and other major companies. An engineer by training with a master\u2019s degree in physical engineering, Bernard worked as a researcher for several years at the Communications Research Centre in Ottawa. He later co-founded a fiber optics company that primarily sold its products internationally. Since 2004, he has been involved in philanthropy, co-founding the C.A.R.M.E.N. Foundation with his wife to provide free services to people with serious illnesses. <\/span><\/p>\n

A committed activist for improving living conditions, Diane Tremblay, founding member of the FPO and creator of the Fondation Diane Tremblay<\/em>, is widely recognized for her deep community involvement.<\/p>\n

Cultural worker, slam poet, and author (N\u00e9e parmi les arbres<\/em>, Rester debout\u2009!<\/em>, Osez croire en la rose!<\/em>), she is also the co-founder of the Centre de formation La S\u00e8ve PNL<\/em> (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) in Lac Blue Sea. Diane has worn many hats: teacher, union negotiator at the CEQ, and for over 20 years, she led organizations dedicated to fighting poverty and homelessness. Trained in andragogy, she now offers workshops and professional training sessions.<\/p>\n
